How the arrangement works

KinHelp coordinates agency communication, scheduling, follow-ups, complaints and replacement requests. The agency employs and manages its staff and delivers care. Nursing and clinical tasks require appropriately qualified professionals. Baby-care suitability and the required qualifications are confirmed with the agency.

This standalone service does not require the ₹599 subscription registration fee. If you separately choose a monthly plan, its registration terms apply. No fees are automatically combined.

Care options remain subject to confirmed agency partnerships and availability. ₹999 is the proposed launch arrangement fee.

What is the cancellation policy?

For confirmed visits and companion bookings: cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for free cancellation. Cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time and 50% of the agreed service fee is charged.

If KinHelp cannot provide the confirmed service, we will offer an alternative you approve or refund the payment for that service.

This policy applies to visits and companion bookings. Monthly subscription cancellation and the ₹999 care-arrangement fee have separate terms, explained and agreed before payment.

Can I book without a monthly subscription?

Yes. You can enquire about a one-time visit or companion booking without a monthly subscription or the ₹599 membership onboarding fee. Availability, scope and all charges are confirmed before booking.

What if my parent does not answer?

We retry the call and follow the contact procedure agreed during onboarding, including contacting the nominated family member when needed. Daily calls are not continuous monitoring or an emergency-response service.

Which service is right for my family?

Choose a monthly Individual or Couple plan for daily wellbeing calls and ongoing everyday coordination. Choose the standalone ₹999 arrangement service if you need agency care, such as home nursing, wound care, bedridden care, post-hospital recovery, postnatal support or baby care. No monthly subscription is required for the ₹999 service.

What costs extra?

Subscriptions cover phone and online coordination. Home visits, accompaniment, goods, deliveries, third-party services, travel and parking cost extra. The ₹999 standalone fee covers arrangement and administration; the agency’s care charges are separate. All applicable charges are explained before confirmation.

Do you directly provide nursing or caregivers?

No. Partner agencies provide care and employ and manage care staff. KinHelp coordinates requirements, bookings, follow-ups and agency communication. Clinical tasks must be delivered by appropriately qualified professionals.

Where is KinHelp available?

We are starting locally in Kozhikode City, Kerala. Coverage for your specific locality, operating hours and availability are confirmed before enrolment or booking. The Couple Plan covers two people in the same home.

How do family updates work?

Important updates are shared through the agreed channel with the parent’s consent. Monthly subscribers also receive a short monthly activity summary. Any medication reminder is based on self-report and is not clinical monitoring or medication administration.

Is KinHelp an emergency service?

No. KinHelp does not provide 24-hour emergency rescue, continuous monitoring or guaranteed immediate attendance. Urgent coordination during confirmed operating hours is subject to availability. Contact local emergency services directly in an emergency.

This is a pre-launch informational site. Prices are proposed launch rates. Enquiries do not create a booking or contract. Availability, coverage, operating hours, scope, charges, payment and cancellation terms must be agreed before service starts.

Monthly plans cover phone and online coordination. Goods, visits, companions, third-party services and expenses are additional. Couple membership is for two people at one address. Subscription registration is ₹599.

The standalone ₹999 care-arrangement service does not require a subscription or the ₹599 subscription registration fee. Agency care charges are additional. A separately chosen subscription has its own registration terms.

Agencies employ and manage care staff and provide the care. KinHelp coordinates requirements, booking information, communication and follow-up. Arrangements depend on confirmed partnerships and availability. Clinical tasks require qualified professionals. Specific baby-care requirements and suitability are confirmed with the provider.

Companion services have a two-hour minimum. The ₹399 quick urgent visit is a separate 30-minute booking. Travel and parking cost extra.

KinHelp does not offer emergency rescue, continuous monitoring or guaranteed immediate response. Other booking and operational terms will be explained and agreed before confirming a service.

Cancellation for confirmed visits and companion bookings: at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time is free; less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time incurs 50% of the agreed service fee. If KinHelp cannot provide the confirmed service, we offer an alternative approved by the customer or refund the payment for that service. Monthly subscription cancellation and the ₹999 care-arrangement fee have separate terms agreed before payment.

Customers authorise and make bill payments. Staff never request PINs, OTPs or passwords.
